From the very first video chat I had with Emily, I knew she was the photographer for our special day. Of all the vendors I searched for, I spent the most time finding the right photographer because I knew I’d be with them for nearly the entire wedding day -

step one: inquire + Consult call
Start by filling out the inquiry form so I can learn a little about you and your wedding plans. We’ll then schedule a video consult call to chat through your vision, answer questions, and make sure we’re the perfect fit.
step two: Booking
When you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over your contract and retainer invoice to officially secure your wedding date.! Once that’s complete, you’re officially on the calendar and you can check "wedding photographer/videographer" off your to-do list! (the best feeling!) This is also where we'll discuss setting up an engagement session!
1-month out
step three: final details Call
About a month before the wedding, we’ll reconnect to walk through your timeline, logistics, and the moments that matter most to you. This helps everything flow effortlessly so you can be fully present on your day.
step four: Wedding day + Delivery
On your wedding day, I’ll be there to thoughtfully document every moment as it naturally unfolds while guiding you when needed. Afterward, you’ll receive sneak peeks 3-7 days from your wedding date (I always include all group photos, other sneak peeks, and your wedding trailer). 8-10 weeks after your wedding date, I'll deliver your full gallery and video collection to your inbox!
For photography, I will always get you sneak peeks within 3-7 days of your wedding and then your full gallery will be delivered within 8 weeks of your wedding date. For videography, it really depends on the package/wedding but. you can expect your full collection within 10 weeks of your wedding day, with a "trailer" delivered within 1 week of your wedding!

First of all, I ALWAYS shoot on 2 cards at a time: that means as soon as I snap a photo, it’s on 2 different SD cards. After the wedding, I immediately back them up to my external hard-drive and save all the SD cards (your photos are in 3 spots within hours after I leave your wedding!) From there, any photos or videos I edit, I’ll upload to your gallery (sending sneak peeks first) so they get into your hands (or your computer) as safely and quickly as possible!
Most couples reach out about 8-12 months in advance, sometimes more if they know they’ve picked a popular wedding date. I typically won’t book weddings that are more than 14 months away. But don’t let that scare you if you are reaching out about a sooner date! If I’m available, a 2 months notice works for me, too!
It's so easy and all digital. First, you fill out my inquiry form, then we'll schedule a consult call (usually Google Meets) to make sure I'm a good fit for your wedding day and discuss the perfect fitting package. To officially get. your date booked I'll send over a contract and invoice to your email, then you're fully booked! (and can cross "wedding photo + video" off your list!)
